How do I order?

Can I order flowers that are different from the sample images?

Yes. We are happy to create custom designs to suit your needs. Please phone or text 780-803-4425. We will answer as soon as possible.

How should I care for my flowers?

Floral arrangements: Water daily for optimal freshness. Cut bouquets: Remove all packaging, including water tubes, and recut stems at an angle with a sharp knife. Add flower food (provided) to water in a clean vase, following instructions on the packet. Top up the water daily. Note: Keep your flowers away from heat sources, fruit, cigarette smoke and pets.

How long will my flowers last?

This depends on several factors, including whether you follow proper care instructions. How long blooms last varies depending on the type of flower. If you notice a problem with your flowers, please contact us immediately at 780-803-4425. Your satisfaction is very important to us and we are happy to discuss possible solutions.

Where is your store?

You're already here! Fleur-de-Lise is a full-service floral design studio with a web store that's open 24/7. We do not have a brick-and-mortar shop.

How experienced is your staff?

Fleur-de-Lise is owned and operated by Lisa Alary, BFA, CAFA. Lisa has 20 years of retail and wholesale floral experience and is nationally accredited by the Canadian Academy of Floral Art.
